Under the front of the seat you will find a bracket that holds the seat frame onto the guide rail.

Undo the bolt on the bracket and the seat will slide out..

As above, but clear out the runner channels, and give a shot of WD40 prior to removing the seat, any debris in them can cause them to jam up, and be a pig to remove, you'll also notice a nice difference when the seat is re installed, and it adjusts freely..

- remove plastic cap/end piece from the back of the seat runners by wiggeling it off (down in the foot well of the rear seats)
- using a flathead screwdriver or similar prise out the little plastic pin which holds the runner trim on (this is a total b!tch and if you can do it without scratching little chunks out from around it your a king) its a little black circle which is camouflaged in with the seat runner trim.
- at the front centre of the underside of the seat there is a bolt. one side is your standard hexagonal bolt head the other required an allen key. undo it and take it out
- pull up the arm which lets you slide the chair forward and backwards. Go backwards and keep on going and it will slide out of the runners.
-lift it out
