sorry for my ignorance newbie on the scene... so the g-limited is a supercharged mk2 16v? (ok it has all leather interior among other bits) but i mean mechanically and is it the only vw that ever had the engine setup?

There's a little bit about the Limited here -----> http://www.myscirocco.org/MISC_VW/misc_vw.html It's basically a wolf in sheeps clothing done on purpose by VAG motorsport, there were only 70 made. Have a search around the net for it to find out more. :smiley:

EDIT: Found this website that's even better, hmmmm, I'm sure I've seen that registration plate somewhere before ! :wink:

lol hmm fuuny how both cars keep popping up everywhere! I didn't even know about that web site let alone there was pic's of both our Limiteds on there!

This is also a good site, it shows you where they are now and what if any history is known

G6dub, is that the one that had the interior nicked out of it and it was now cream leather ? :undecided: These are fast becoming my favourite Golf so if you ever fancy swapping yours for a nice Rivage cab, you know where I am ! :laugh: :wink:

Piggy yes it was there earlyer today!  I do know that he said he was offered 10k by someone already and he was trying to get more out of him so maybe he has gone up and so sold? I am sure I will find out soon!

I've been e-mailed today by ebay stating that the car has been withdrawn as the seller had violated one or more of the listing rules??? :huh:

I see that it's back on again, as I saw it last night!

He said that E Gay weren't happy about the description. Having read it I'm not sure what the problem was? :undecided:

Sure that it'll have pissed a few peeps off :grin:
