ok as some of you no i have decided to do away with the chavtastic chrome.

well after work today i decided to take the new grill off, make the new grill out of the original one and put it on the car.
i also removed the chrome wing mirror covers.

will be adding the red pin stripe tomorrow
what do ya think?

I'm sorry but do not like! too much going on.

but on the other hand with a red pin strip, and your wheel centers painted red it will look nice.
 photoshop your wheels.

well my plan was to do grill, red pin stripe and am going to vinyl red the wheel centre with same vinyl i used on the grill.

shouldnt be to hard to vinyl the centres.
my plan is to cut circles to slitely bigger than centre (for trimming)
lay on wheel and cut each hole then work into the gap with heat gun.
i work for a sign company and work with vinyl every day so have all the gear to try this.

Not keen on the red grill, might be better when you have more red.

did the centre caps red and put red pinstripes on today.

went for drive then i rained and half of pinstripes came off ggrr.

must be because i used blank restorer stuff on trim couple of weeks ago.

planning on rubbing over with thinners tomorrow and putting them on again.
will post up pics when done.

Mirrors look far better and the grill kinda looks odd but when the pin stripes done think it will fit into place then.Maybe a Black centre badge or carbon fibre it if you do vinyling etc. When I replaced my pin stripe I used thiners and then heated the bumper in sections just to help it stick and used abit of heat when I put it on and its never peeled off as yet..
