thats a part number for the rear gearbox mount bracket, all that tells you is its an 020 gearbox. need the gearbox code from the flat plate on the bottom of the bellhousing to know for sure what it is!
if it was a 1.8 or 2.0 8v engine then it will fit, but if its a 1.8 you'll need to change the clutch friction disc. if its a 2.0 then box should be a direct swap with your old clutch. no big deal either way as you want to put a new clutch on your car anyway!
but as i say, check the box code. that way you know exactly what it is, as any odl box could have been swapped onto the cabby at some point in its life
