horn trouble

theres nothing more frustrating than when some1 cuts u up and when u try getting there attention to give them a verbal battering ur horn doesnt work  :angry: since this happend ive tried finding out why its stopped working but have just drawn a blank. is there a common problem with mk2's ?  all thats happening is a clicking from a relay in the fuse box, can any1 help plz.

Mine does this too, haven't got round to sorting but think there's only 2 reasons, wiring or the horns broke.

its 1 of the most annoying things in the world, im gunna rip the car appart till i find out whats wrong

if the horn clicks you know the button is ok at least plus wiring from it to the relay. next step check the fuses 16 and 18, then check for ign live at the yellow/black wire at the horn plug.

Have you checked the fuse? 16 I think

apply direct voltage to the horn units to check they work
