Ripped by a banger..........

Iwas at the lights the other week having just polished my pride and joy 8valver,when a long came a battered mk2 -and i mean batterd,no rear bumper and a bloody roof rack.....and after a sideways glance i thought he must be 'waying up' my nice shinny ride.When bang he was off into the haze of the by-pass .
Got to say though,that it do look quite cool and certainly showed me up

Any one like the old battered look?

16v is a great motor, i used to own one, sold it to modulator years ago. Got to say VR6 is the better car though

yeah i think the rat look or battered look looks cool and very different,the 2 caddys in the golf mag look good,shame theres not many still pics of them tho!

Mmmmm, my mk2 is a bit battered. It had a scrape down the passenger door when i bought it, then someone decided to drive into it, so it has a 'special repair' to the front wing that i did  

needs a clean at the mo aswell.........

kidding I dont have a roof rack...!...

but my old D reg does look pretty battered...where I work is pretty dusty so its alway got a thin film of dirt(well thats my excuse )...I love pulling up at the lights next to people...beemers especially...!...and destroying them...the look of disbelief in peoples faces is hilarious!!!(sic)...

Dont get me wrong if I had the time Id put some effort into her...but I do like the fact that people dont expect anything!!!then SEE YA!
