Best Coolant System Flush?

Hello all,
Can anyone recommend a good coolant system flush? My DX engine is in a camper van and the long metal coolant hoses had perished and the van had been sat with just water and no anti freeze for a long time.
Result:
Advice much appreciated thanks

Non Biological washing powder, a strong mix put into the system, and run for half hour or so, then a thorough flush with a hose pipe...
