What Guage wiring for fuel pump?
« on: 22 February 2011, 21:31 »
I want to replace some perished/dodgy wiring, mainly to my k jet fuel pump.

Can anyone suggest a suitable guage or thickness? Anything in particular I need to go for?

Thanks

http://polevolt.co.uk/acatalog/Thinwall_cable_cut_to_length.html
TW2.0 - 28/0.30mm, 2mm2, 25amp

or
http://www.vehicle-wiring-products.eu/VWP-onlinestore/cable/thinwall.php
Ref 25 - 28/0.30mm, 2mm2, 25amp

i use that for most stuff, its about same thickness as the average wiring in the golfy. you could prob go a size smaller for the fuel pump tho
