i have a fan belt noice squecking noice do i have to remove the pas belt to change it also how do i remove it

Depends what engine you've got bud. My mate had an 8v a few years back with the same thing we adjusted the alternator on front of block and it stopped doing it, cheap fix but prob best replacing it.

sorry agg engine have not got a haynes so have not got a clue how to do it i just know the belt feels losse

The PAS belt is tensioned off the power steering pump

The aux  belt has an auto tensioner near the top of the belt set up, I think it has a 13mm nut on it you adjust and it loostens the belt

so can i tighting the aux belt or will the teneisor ajust it to how it shouled be

id check the auto tensioner, is able to move freely? If it can, replace the belt.
Places like euros and gsf keep the belt in stock, and not that expensive either.

have a look at the state of the belt, they will stretch as they get older.

Mine had actually started to crack between the grooves in the belt, so had the power steering belt!

Haynes manual is rubbish, if you go to the adjustment section, it tells you to go to another page, then another page, then back to the 1st section! All without telling you anything!

That guide i posted is your best bet, used it to change thermostat and it has the all the belt paths in there a well

from what ican see the only thing that tensions the belt is the autornator i relly wanna do this today gotta drive brighton on tuesday

Yes mate just had a look at mine also an agg it's the alternator that tensions the belt its adjustable from the bottom.
