Wheels
« on: 18 February 2011, 10:43 »
I'm looking at changing my wheels again due to needing 4 new tyres very soon but torn between buying aftermarket alloys or VW wheels. I don't want to spend a fortune though as i am selling my car at the end of the year I quite like the Scirroco wheels but they are

18"X8.0J

PCD: 5-112

OFFSET: 45

Could you get adapters to make them fit ?

You would

MK4 = 5 x 100

Or you can get reps of the same wheels in MK4 fitment

I know the mk 4 is 5 x 100 an offset 35, i wanted to know if you could get adaptors to make the wheels fit. i haven't found any replicas with mk 4 fitment maybe i will keep looking.

You can 100% get reps in 5x100 or run 15mm adaptors but that is an expensive way to go.
