Greenstuff /Redstuff pads

Which do i go for any recommendations i have been in touch with www.brakes4u.co.uk they said i needed the redstuff i know they were great on my Subaru but what is best for my VR6 i know the old greenstuff werent up to much but i have all good about the new Greens material code AF44/78 no fade good performance and at last no dust..
so not sure which way to go can you guys help out..

also put tthese guys in the discounts section as they are offering something for us

 ? ?The redstuff are a little better because they can stand the heat a fair bit more, I think upto about 800 c, whereas greenstuff go to about 600 c. if i remember rightly. but both are good pads. Im gonna get some, but i think i'll go for the greenstuff - untill I start going to trackdays! I read that the new compound is greatly improved too

i thought that the redstuff were harder pads that the greenstuff

I just got some green stuff myself.    Yep - red stuff (or even yellow or blue stuff) are effective at hotter temperatures, but you probably would never get them up to working temperature on a road, and so you would be wasting your money.
