right, update. Went and picked up a 2nd hand head last nite with no valve damage.

Had it sonic washed this morning at 6.30 :laugh:  and dropped off to garage this morning!

Hopefully get old one off today, order cambelt stuff, head gasket kit and bolts and hopefully have it all bolted together for early next week!

Happy days unless sumin else is wrong  :smiley:

Head needs skimming, rest of it ok, not a bad result for 125 of my hard earned  :afro:

went and picked it up from pompey last night.

9.45 fast cat
 got off boat with sack trucks
 ran through ferry terminal
 ran down through train station
 ran into taxi rank
 unloaded head from boot
 pallet wrapped it to sack trucks
 ran back through taxi rank
 up train station
 through ferry terminal AND MANAGED TO CATCH SAME BOAT GOIN BACK!!

Any one who been on fastcat Ryde-Pompey will understand, that aint easy lol

Then had to walk down Ryde pier with it at 9.30 with it on trucks :grin:  :grin:
