Remove a lead and plug, refit plug into lead and rest it against something, got a friend to crank it over and see if you have a spark, don't what ever you do hold onto the lead.

if its flooded be very carefull. petrol will fly out of the spark hole and thats not good with sparks on the rocker cover
better to leave plugs in and try with a spare plug

certainly will clear out the excess fuel
