MFD2 Sat Nav 2005 GTI

OK so a factory fit MFD2 sat nav - I don't need to use it too often but it's still fitted with the original Blaupunkt 2004/5 UK DVD. A recent journey to S. London confirmed it was seriously out of date.

So I need a new DVD, various versions from V2 - V4 currently avaiable on e bay - especially from Lithuania !   Are they compatible/reliable/up to date - any ideas ??

I have an MFD2 and the ebay ones are crap, I have had two and though they are cheap there seem to self destruct after a while and become unreadable.
Get one from TeleAtlas www.teleatlas.com though expensive they aren't cheap copies.
