mk2 ABF K-Jet injector upgrade, which ones?

Hi, I have an F reg ABF running on K-Jet, it has been port n polished, stainless manifold. Is there an upgrade for the injectors, I have read other posts about this but they are on 9a's, 8v's and not specific to my setup.

can anybody help with this, thanks.

all the injectors that fit are the same flow rate anyway, but if you still have the original mk2 injectors well worth buying new ones. can get Mercedes brass ones off ebay for reasonable money

Not much right with it?? Ok, so if your starting from scratch its worth going digi provided you can get a complete setup cheap enough, or get it with the abf. However its a much better idea than going megasquirt, and if your car is already a kjet 1.8 16v say, the fact its a days work instead of having the dash out and rewiring the engine loom in etc, is much less agro than going digi. For a gnats cock more bhp it just isn't worth it. Plus digi isn't always that reliable, I've seen many a thread on digi probs, at least with kjet you can normally work it out without being an auto electrician...

For the money and time spent you should have 20vt'd it. I understand dropping a complete abf setup in, or dropping it in on kjet, but unless you've got serious time and rollers to use (free preferably) then I don't see the point for An extra 10bhp. I'd rather strip my interior out for the equivalent gain.. I'd only ms a 16vturbo for the full control, but I wouldn't even do that either I'd sooner 20vt it...

How long is a piece of string?? It depends on how you buy it, wether you rebuild and forge it, wether you buy all new and individually, wether you have an 02a box and hydro clutch etc already, or if your converting that as well, exhaust, downpipe etc etc etc. I'd try and buy 1 in a doggy shell/ crashed one and get it for a good price and slap it in mine. My mate broke his 20vt, and sold everything for the conversion for 1500quid!! That included the rolling shell with coilovers etc, even an lsd'd box with rebuilt gear ratios using vr6 16v and a diesel 5th gear (apparently) full qpeng setup, lock stock the whole f**king lot!!! Jus after another mate snapped it up for his mk2, my 1.3 blew up, and what with my kr donor car, dodgey 9a, and now abf, plus loadsa sundries and ancillaries I've prob nearly spent that.. doh

lol. I'm not too keen on the 1.8t in the mk2 anyway, obviously fast but just think itll be too mental.

Heard good things from megasquirt, giving you increased torque across the hole rev range whilst still keeping it a 2.0 valver

Ohwell is only going to cost me £500, exhaust price isnt it, which does what exactly? lol Only reason i  done it was because my 9A was running lean up top and felt crap, kept on stalling all the time so just thought I'd be best to bin, it isnt really hard to fit in in now I look back, just where I knew nothing about cars lol I won't put it on the dyno, people have got like 155bhp out of 80% tune so thatll do me, if I keep it then I'll get it dynoed. One blocks abf had 175bhp with 160ftlb and just standard.

Heard people spending over 3k for a 20vt conversion. But yer your seemed to have a good deal lol specially with an lsd aswell! as youll need that anyway.
