The 0 1 2 0 refers to which computer.  I can't remember which way round it is but one of them refers to the average of the car since reset and the other is of that journey.  I think it is

0 - reset main average

1 - main average

2 - journey average

0 - reset journey average.

Almost.

1 is trip details since switching ignition on (resets after an hour of ignition being off)

2 is for details since last reset (resets itself when it gets to 9999 miles I think)

first 0 is for resetting the details since ignition, and second 0 is for resetting the details since last reset.

I've always got it on either MPG or oil temp. Usually MPG.

Same here! Mine dropped to an average of about 16mpg earlier when driving 'enthusiastically' with the clio mentioned in the other thread
