Upgrade rear calipers
« on: 02 March 2005, 09:01 »
Monday night my OSR calipers seized up  think it was only due to the cold but would think that they need changing anyway as they are known for it

My question is: What calipers should i up grade to, whats needed to be done to fit em and how much should i pay for a set of rear calipers?

Cheers people

Found it, my spellin

So it would seem that I need a set of late MK3 calipers and cables as mine is an early mk2 (84).

Any mods need doin to fit? apart from the cables. How much are they (calipers)?

Cheers

as far as i know you just need the longer cables which need re-routing to come up n under the caliper

as for prices. best bet is to ring round a few places and get prices 2nd hand or new
