advice on breaking a mk3 golf gti

basically i have seen another gti and really wanting to buy it but i dont want to be stuck with two cars so i was thinking wat sort of money wil i b able to raise up if i break my current mk3 gti 8v with 120k on da clock(k reg). its white and dere are no faults. also if any1 is after any parts u can post here and it wil giv me a rough idea on how much i can raise and if i do go ahead wid it i wil contact u. the gear box and the engine r mint. cheers

probably be a lot less hassle for u to flog it if u can MOT it ?
Used to have a '97 MK3 16v GTI 3dr in 'Black Magic'... now have a '55 Civic Type-S...

it has mot til nov and tax till april. basically i wanna buy anotha gti and take anything i need for the otha 1 of dis 1 and break this 1. wat u ppl reckon i cud get sellin it as it is.it is also advertised in the forsale section,

Hey mate,

I?m sure you don?t need to resort to breaking it up and selling the parts.

Stick it in autotrader ? if the price is right it will sell.

My advice ? don?t mention the bad bits, or it?ll put people off.

Just say something like ?fair condition for age? or something.

I really don't know - I would *guess* that your price of ?750 is about right, given your description in the for sale section here.

At that age, condition is what counts, and I ain't seen it!

thanx 4 da advice people but i have decided to break the car so if any1 requires anything let me kno and we can sort it out.
