Opinions will differ wildly on this. I'd say don't bother with it. How long do you plan on keeping the car for? You can keep it covered under warranty for 5 years, so any less ownership time than this and it's not worth bothering about.
On a higher mileage car maybe a different story. I've heard horror stories concerning people doing oil flushes and some people swear by it.
If it contains detergents, which I'll presume it does, then you would really want to make absolutely sure that every last drop of contaminated oil was removed from the engine.
Personally I'd rather just have a top oil in the sump and change it fairly often.
