Today my Hong Kong special gear knob arrived. I haven't got any pics of it fitted yet cos it was dark when I got home but I will get some in the morning. It looks and feels pretty good. The build quality seems adequate too. Just wonder how if it will stand the test of time. It comes with a new brass ring to clamp tight to hold the gear knob on so fits like oem. The only problem I had was getting the brass clamp to tighten. Tried all the pliers I have and it still ain't tight enough so I'm going to use a small jubilee or cable tie I think.
