VAG-COM for rent

OK, so I bought a VAG-COM cable so I could tweak my motor. I think I've done as much as I need to at the moment.

Was thinking that, as I have got a little Asus netbook all loaded up and in the glovebox, maybe I could rent the package out to people so they can do their own fiddling and coding. I'll do a 50/50 split with donations to the forum and to me. (Asus has clean Windows XP and just VAG-COM, so you just need a USB stick if you want to copy output or screenshots.)

This would be a massive "trust" thing, but if people are interested, then do let me know. I have no idea about cost or rental timeframe, so ideas welcome.

Well maybe you could do £10 -20 a week?

That means in just a few weeks you have pretty much paid for your software.

I would also look into insurance for the laptop.

Where are you?? Im in Herts and just got a GTD and very interested in getting some things changed, happy to pay for the usage :)

you are right, I cant PM, must be lack of posts! Whilst hunting around and reading more posts I see you are out Cambridge/Newmarket way? My Inlaws are out that way so could always meet up around there, or wherever! Not sure when we are due for a visit!!
