you want to buy a turbo from an engine thats had a catostropic failure ?    turbo will need carefull inspection

I thought the ko3s was hybrid already? Nah its guna have wossner rods and be back sorted soon... Its a brand spankin genuine k04, from tps I think..its the 3rd time its bent rods! Too much rpm! He checked a tt out and they redline at 6250 or 6500 or somethin, he's been takin it upto 7k ish, goin to the mk2's redline. Oops.oh yeah its a big differnce wit k04 so do it in the first place and future-proof it. You will want 1 1day

No its the same turbo mate so exact same setup as you have, but with the s3 gear ( not manifold oil lines etc but the rest of the gear youd use for the k04 upgrade, my mind has totally gone blank, am trying now to find out what the s3 gear is!!!)think it may cost more than k04 conversion just because of stage 3 mapping £600 and £600 for the your turbo to be hybrided.

Would ya do it yaself, the fitting, if so shouldnt be more than £1500, for about 270 280.bhp

Ahh itll be cheaper then just the turbo and mapping will do ya in!, I'll look for the list on audi-sport for, says exactly what you need.

s3 injectors 370cc 80mm maf housing, depends where you get it mapped but dont need a 4 bar regulator, you got a fmic ?  So not alot after ya got the turbo.
