Try frosts they sell a rolling kit

Hammer & mole grips do the job, don't to take the sealent off the rear arches

wouldn't recommend cutting them off.

I did mine saterday with a rubber mallet.
Rears took more work tho but got the job done.
Do u have gti arch extensions?

See if you can rent an arch roller, pretty cheap!
