buy and fit uprated shocks

Where can i go and buy some decent uprated shocks and springs and get them fitted at the same time?

I live in the Midlands and my car is booked in for a re map next week at R-tech and want the suspension sorted as soon as.


dont want coyles as i wont be changing the ride height once its lowerd

forums, ebay, etc for your suspension. any garage would fit it , i got charge £50 to fit before i got brave and did it myself

They sure do been there a few times when they've done suspension, not sure if they sell the parts but you might have to source your own, or get nick to get them in, if you know what you want. :smiley:

Man up and fit them yourself  :grin: :grin:  The rear ones are super easy, compress the old spring and remove then compress the new spring and fit. Easy peasy. The front ones are not so bad, undo the top mount, compress the spring then just pull the shocker out of the cup it sits in. Remove the old spring, fit new one to shock and refit the shocker. I found it slightly harder than my Mark 3 but still simple enough to do and then spend the £50 you saved on some more goodies for the car  :wink:
