got caught doing 133 in a 50 in a fiesta turbo van, 14 day ban as log book only said 1.8 diesel and five oo never checked under the bonnet, also done 155 in mk5 gti Pirelli, didnt get caught though did we Iggy lad

back home in SA my brother inlaw had a heavily tuned opel kadet super boss,big turbo,extra fuel injectors,God knows what he did to it but a true speed of 304 km,not sure what that is in mph,i was the passenger as he didn't allow anyone to drive it.

I topped the golf out at 135 on the main straight at the nurburgring...bit dissapointed really! :cry:

140mph in the golf mk4, felt to light at the front and bottled it. 160mph in a TT RS and LCR-mk2 as passenger

Norris designs evo is the fastest in the world at over 200mph but thats running around 930bhp and 740+ft-lbs of torque  :shocked: and roughly £120,000 spent on mods alone

Fastest i've been was 170ish in an Abt tuned and derestricted S4 running 510bhp on an autobahn back to the airport from a factory visit and running late for a plane  :grin:
Fastest in the UK was 150 in my evo 6

that was going on the speedo, so knock the 10% off makes it 153 i guess!! doesnt make it sound so good now  :sad: haha
