Back in the irresponsible days it was 135mph with the 8v engine...And 2 mates in the car  :embarassed:

Was at 5am on a Saturday morning and on a duel carriageway. Not a single soul on the road.

124 indicated MPH.

I have also done 105mph in a classic Mini. Anyone who says they've gone that fast and didn't feel the front end getting light is lying. It's what the aerodynamics do to the car at that speed!

I would take the 5th on where they were done, but this isn't America. They were actually on a track and a runway. I am not brave / stupid / clever / irresponsible enough to do this on the road. They would fire me...  :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

Over 95 In my Mini the thing sounds like its gunna fall apart and there is no handling

Top speed is 125 In my old Focus
