What's the fastest you've ever driven in a car....

175 in an AC Cobra about 15 years ago
160 in V12 Aston Martin Vantage... ran out of room to go any faster!

Got a Turbo'd R8 5.2 up to about 215, it was on GT5 though  :grin:

 :grin: Yeah, I got about 230 out of my ferrari F1 car in Abu Dhabi. (xbox) :grin:

Fastest Ive ever driven is an indicated 135mph in a clio williams. Obviously that this was conducted on a privately owned road as it would just be ludicrous to admit to attaining this sort of speed on a public road on a public forum. :grin: :grin:

Over 128mph on the mountain road, Isle of Man, during TT week.  All perfectly legal, and it's not just a boring length of motorway but a twisty tricky road.

Lots of people do.  It's best during TT when the whole road is made one way.

I did 134 on a private runway in my 1.8t. Front end started to go light and i bottled going any faster. Top speed of a 1.8t is meant to be 135 so I'm guessing the dial would say about 140-145..
