keep hitting reverse insted of 1st and have trouble getting 5th

so as it states about im having trouble selecting gears ive done some research on here and it seems a common problem but im not sure of what bush kit i need to buy and replace ive looked on ebay and have came up with 2 differant 1s, can some1 tell me what 1 i shud get to resolve my problem. sorry i dont know how to do links but heres the item numbers 190333785396 and 350428299885.

hi yes ive seen this b4 but im still unsure as in the first photo it doesnt show a bush 4 the gear stick, im sure i need 1 cuz when i pop my gater off it looks like my gear stick is sitting to low and just missing the reverse gate compleatly

like i said, scroll down. the 2nd part of the guide covers the ball housing replacement, and also tells you to get the part from vw. it even has the part number on there

You can get the ball and housing off ebay for £6.
Mine had a hole thru it and if i left i reckon the ball would of fit through it
