That car is from Poland, also i don't live in England! 

Sorry guys, mud flaps don't do it for me.

This will be the stance i want to achieve:

I love that stance! What kind of wheel width/offset/lows/arch work would it take to get that look? I'm guessing 9J rims, mega low offset (et10?) down 90(ish)mm and arches rolled/pulled?

Something like that, i'm going for maybe 9j rim with an offset of et15 i think it is, then i will get the arch work done..

The last owner of mine had put the car through a hedge (or something) so the flaps were missing off the passenger side. Much preferred the look, to pulled them off the driver side too
