They do, but from my limited knowledge they are also pretty damm rare. Ive only ever seen one in real life with my own eyes.

A quick look on Auto Trader and I found 3 TDI 4Motions nationwide.

One of my neighbours has a 55 plate 3 door GT TDI 4 motion in grey.  Had it from new, very nice it is to.
