Mk2's as wedding cars
« on: 24 January 2011, 17:19 »
Has anyone here ever had their mk2 as their wedding car. To save cost im thinking about having 3 or 4 mk2's to take us from the church to reception and il drive my own. My mk2 is totally standard (lowered just) so has good originality about it. We are getting married in a castle so the thought of mk2's parked outside would look cool. Id maybe get a camper to take my bride and her father to the church.

Just looking pics of mk2's at weddings or similar. thanks

Heres the two campers i had in mind.

or this one in link below

You'd have to use 5 doors of course*.   :rolleyes:

More doors = more whores bridesmaids.

* Mine is a 5 door.  :tongue:

There's a guy on ClubGTI who used his white 3dr for his wedding. Think he had a camper too though IIRC.

Looks like you could have already found it though (considering you've asked on there too)

My daughter gets married in Spetember - I did offer but she is going for a 60s 'roller' instead - nearly as good.
