OK, well i'm still looking for some advice........don't want to go V6 really.
Got some questions too.........
1) What brakes will fit straight onto front of stock Mk2 Gti hubs/carriers? (out of VAG parts bin preferably)
2) Is the Mk4 golf rear caliper conversion worth doing? will this use existing discs? do i need adapters for carriers? will cables still work?
3) Is there any advantage in going "wide track" front and rear? can this be done without going 5-stud hubs? Is this just VR6 Mk3 subframes? or is it wishbones too?
4) Non-OEM injection/management. Megasquirt or other?
5) What dashes will fit easiest?
6) Digifiz clocks - is this available with MPH units?
