O My God what some people do makes me smile but cry at the same time

We had a cutomer come in to our work today and was asking about a bonnet and door respray.

when i went out to have a look at the work that needed to be done i was not sure how to react he had used the rough side ov a spounge to clean bird poo off his car and the scratches we so bad they went though the laquer and in to the paint and the odd scratch that went though to the primer  some people should not be alloud near a car

when i told him about his mistakes and could have avoided his misstakes but just letting the water soak a little and the wipe off with a microfiber cloth or a wool mitt he insisted it was not his that cleaned the car

thats nothing... mate of mine used a brillo pad to clean bonded bird poo off his old vauxhal estate pos

it worked quite well... very effective at getting to bare metal

he scrapped it a few weeks later

I have had so many customers come in and do that it is untrue the first time I had it I thought his was playing a prank on me

That reminds me last summer we had the young lads of the estate cone round would you like me to wash your car for £2 haha no way 10mins latter they are taking the sponge from off the floor in the bucket and then on the car :O too funny this world
