I've been making some bigger speaker pods for my mk2, and am pretty much at the same stage as the fella in
this post.
I've chosen to cover it in stretch vinyl rather than the fleckstone paint he used, but I've just realised I don't really have a clue where to start. I've heard plenty of heat will help, but what I don't really know is where's best to start applying the vinyl - from the speaker hole outwards, or maybe from the thin end first...
Anyone got any pointers that might help? If I can get any seams hidden at the bottom of the pockets, I'll be happy!
