I know of a couple guys in the states still on stock internals pushing just over 400BHP on a race fuel and water/meth injection mapping.  They say that is the max that our fuel system can handle though.

What  are the internals good for in the GTI? Anyone else having problems?

It would appear 371 is a benchmark for internals.

Oh and krazy, your not fully mental until you 'NOS' her. There was a MK4 with NOS on the site a while back, he set the benchmark for nuttyness

All that work and your pepaired for somthing as small as the entire fuel system to get in the way? BIGGER INJECTORS, STRONGER PIPES AND BETTER PUMPS!

I don't think I could ever let myself juice my car like that, most I will do is water/meth injection.
