Sorry for the really late reply
Just to update the reason why it was running like a piece of crap was because there was no vaccum hose connect from the ECU to the Engine.
Also a week later the hose from the Charger Decided to tear so it pissed oil everywhere, ended up changing it with my old Samco hose and it now runs like a G60 Should.
