£100? nothing at all. anything that cheap is sh!t
nah a vr6 chin new standard paper filter! they have better air flow than panel filters fact! and some smoked fogs/indicators.
But if you already done that, then new cam belt and tensioner

I'd go for a decent air filter in the standard housing (K&N for personal preference). Of course you could just make for the bookies and hope to win enough to finance something a bit more daring!

Strut brace,
A number of cleaning products and a damn good clean/polish.
badgeless grill if you're that way inclined.
Buy a sheet of vinyl and wrap something...
