More Bio-ethanol in Petrol
« on: 16 January 2011, 11:38 »
Greetings from the Mk.3 section! Been reading a bit recently about proposals to increase the percentage of bio-ethanol in petrol and it's possible effects on older cars. I've just started a thread about it over in Dub-Tug land, here's the link if you want to check it out;

Top marks to the AA for their prompt and helpful response.

As for the E10 fuel situ... Slick might have a valid response and it might be nothing to worry about.. then again..  :undecided:

Still... people were very concerned when leaded petrol went out to pasture and most of us have been ok since!
