Is the standard ECU adaptive and so deals with it?

Begs the question, if it doesn't add power why bother on such a new car? I'd just wait until the old ones are knackered as there will be more choices available by then.

The ECU will adapt around the extra hardware and still produce the stock power.

I know because I tested this theory with ITG on my car, there intake with stock code made zero difference but with a remap made an extra few horses
