Its not catching on the caliper it's just catching on the brake pad and there half worn so if I get new brake pads it will be even worse

So the rim is catching the edge of the brake pad as it turns ?
Yh the outside edge of where the bolts go through on the inside of the wheel is just catching on the brake pad and that's with half pads

I would guess your going to need 10mm spacers but that will leave you with a offset of 10 with means you could get arch clearance problems.

Yh I will give 10 mm a go but I'll need to get longer bolts and should I go for a set of hubcentric spacers or just use universal
