Hi,
I'm just wondering if any of you with Candy white cars have had trouble with tar?
If so, how did you remove it?
I washed my car today and noticed speckes of tar on the boot and on the wheel arches and its annoying me.
Thanks.

Tardis, or Autoglym make a tar remover too.
Dont forget to re-protect the paintwork after as the tar remover will strip all wax off too.

How bad is it? Is you have a lot you will need a spray product like Tardis, if not, Dodo Juice make a spot tar remover:

I can only recommend auto glym tar remover. Quick spray on, leave for two mins and wash off, then repeat if needed. Coming from a black then red car, I have noticed the white golf is an absolute nightmare to keep free of tar spots!
nothing you can do about it?
Drive slower!?
