VW Premium Bluetooth

Am i right in saying that the bluetooth with the separate touch screen does not work with iphone?  :sad:

I have the bluetooth telephone preperation which is the built in one and this now works with iphone. I believe the touch screen version that had to be fitted did work with the iphone. A dealer I went to see about a car had one in the demo he was driving he said it worked well.

Cheers, how come they had a separate screen then? Is it an old edition of the BT?

The touchscreen one is a dealer fit option and isn't directly integrated to the car (i.e. doesn't display on the RCD/RNS or cluster), the factory fitted one is integrated to the car.

Its also not the VW Premium BT,  its the Bury handsfree unit,

Darren (mortygt140) is fitting a vw kit tomorrow in my car which i think is a better option.
