Underneath engine cover??

The bottom of my engine/ belts and sh!t get ruined by the weather is there any way of stoping it?? I'm thinking of buying some plastic and just make one that screws into my splitter any one else done this??

Got full engine cover under mine off a TDI, they cost Cica £400 at the dealer but come up on the bay, saw one recently for £45, genuine Vag item like mine, theirs some fake ones too which are not made of flexible stuff like my vag one (which has took some abuse yet stll perfect

Get yourself to a breakers yard and hunt for a derv model. Luckily my current 16v came with one fitted but i managed to source one for my last mk3 in this fashion along with the bonnet sound deadening. I only paid £20 for both. :)

paid £5 for mine, and it was mint, had all the sound deadner intact too, i just got the new fixing bolts at VW they cost pence

yeah mate, slides in to the car at the front, and around 5 bolts at the other side you can see the holes on the edge

Mine has the original undertray, I find it a pain when you need to do any work under the car!

Also I would state that it does NOT keep anything clean! Nor does it stop the PAS drive belt slipping in wet conditions!

I just keep it on because its OE
