I'm a Business Manager for a plastics thermoforming company supplying the food industry, you all probably have some of our products in your fridges.

Prior to that I was a Product Designer for the carton board industry and probably responsible for the cardboard sandwich packs you all curse as you find them hard to get into

The problem has been in the last 12-18 months as the retailers have all moved to laminated cardboard which has a thin plastic layer on inside to increase shelf life.

Very sad that I know such useless info but I am sure we can all do the same with our professions
