Touch wood, I've not had any problems with my car yet in over 15 months. Mind you I don't use it much and it has been sat locked away in a freezing cold garage since the end of October so may well have a flat battery. I didn't mean to ignore it that long, it's just that we don't normally get snow down this way and then I went and bought more alloy wheels which I didn't really have room to store so I can't actually get to the car let alone get in it!

Mines been fine (touch wood) and dealership no problem. Mind you, you only get the true dealership experience when you need their help, i.e. - somethings wrong. Would I buy another - time will tell as I don't like the same car twice

Terrible service department at my local dealership, I have used them for the last 8 years but recently they have really gone down hill.
Golfgti build quality is average at best.

Supplying dealer scratched the front bumper.

VW Altrincham were good apart from not being able to do the work they had undertaken ie fitting cruise on my 2011 MY Golf.

VW Altrincham parts department are A1.
