Just realised what you meant, sorry in the MK4 wiring diagram i sent you above I think the 2 plugs you mention are labelled T4 on page 2, and T10a on page 3.

If they are the right ones, scan thru the entire pdf looking for T4 and T10a and eventually you'll find the pins you need to know about. if they arnt in that diagram then you dont need them to make the ecu work, i.e. the plug next to battery has several sensor wires which arnt needed to get the car going like oil etc, but sometimes they have the power wire for the injectors which you do need :)

as for your fusebox, i have a mk2 jettas diagram which is the same fusebox as yours, so wiring is pretty similar, hopefully should help you anyway:

ive put a multi meter across both fuel injector wires and coil wires and its  pulsing 12volt  , but we take the spark plug out and try it in the coil and theres no spark :? , is there anything whihc could be causing this ?, and theres a 9 pin plug which originally plugged in near the battery on the mk4 ,

the wire colours are listed onthere, but they're in german. there is a key though which tells you what the mean ;)
e.g. sw = black, ge = yellow

first off you need to locate the plug you are after on the diagram, bit of detective work will help you here if you check the wire colours then match them up to the plugs in the diagram eventually you'll find it. also if you find out where each wire runs with a multimeter that'll give you a clue as then you can start with the item and work back thru the diagram to the plug.

are you sure its a 9 pin plug? because I've gone thru the entire diagram and there arnt any. if its the plug i think you mean its deffo T10a in the diagram! look at page 2, then look to the right in the key list for:
10a - 10-pin connector, in cable channel left in engine compartment

then look at the diagram for any references to T10a, that'll show you what pin on there does what. for example, on page 3 I can see that T10a pin 8 (shows as T10a/8) is the ignition live power feed for all the coils ;)
