dub rides section, self moderation?
« on: 08 January 2011, 09:57 »
sorry if this is a rediculous proposition.

would it be possible to allow the owner of a dub ride thread to be able to moderate his own thread? mine has a fair bit of chit chat on it and it would be cool to reduce it. (it has been comented that it has become boring)

or could i start a new thread and quote the relevant posts across?

i like having the dub rides thread as i like the banter and suggestions etc, its just i have about 20 pages of crap.

I'm not too sure whether the logistics of that are realistic tbh  :undecided:

That's what the project section is for.

Dubrides = feedback. Project = topic only you can post in. If you want one, PM JV.

i dont mind feedback at all, as stated, its just there's pages of sh!te and drivel.

dont do enough to warrant a project thread anyway

That's fair enough  but i suspect they've got better things to worry about.

The issue is admin options mean someone could edit all the other thread's in the section too (I don't think it's possible to only set the options to one specific thread!)
