Average age of MK6 GTI drivers + Previous Cars

Just turned 48 in December, this is my first GTI.

I am sitting here in Stanley Park in Vancouver watching a Raccoon playing with a gorgeous black squirrel and wondering what to have for my lunch 

By the way I have seen 2 GTIs one in red and the other just like mine in deep pearl black (both looked good).

i'm 20 and my first car was a Golf Mk5 1.6 at 17, then a 1.8 Astra Auto, then a 206 diesel, then a Honda Civic 1.8, and now i'm back to a Golf with my GTI

Poor you, hope you are receiving lots of TLC.  You'd love it out here, for me it's probably the most beautiful city in the world.

PS Am driving an automatic Chevvy, I don't rate it much and miss my manual GTI but not enough to come home yet.
