winter wheels - black or dark grey?! help!!
« on: 05 January 2011, 18:13 »
Help!
I've just taken my wheels out to the powdercoaters and they've offered me gloss black or a very dark grey anthracite colour. I'm I'm two minds what to go for.  The grey will look cleaner when dirty, but I know that black is a safe option as my current wheels are black.

Does anyone have a photo of a silver car with dark grey wheels to give me an idea?  I have to phone in the morning and confirm my decision!

Very Dark Grey/ Anthracite. 100%. You have black Tallys. The Anthracite with the Silver body will be classy.

Here you go:
SteveP's Reflex Silver car as it was ages ago!

Who are you using Pete?
PPS?

Their anthracite coating is stunning...whilst their gloss black isn't as shiny as painted black.
I'd go anthracite. Oh yeah, I did:

They are great in this filthy weather..they just go dull.
