Ditto - should be on tubes that run across from sill to tunnel rather than on spindly little uprights that are bolted through the floor.

Obviously, you've fitted reinforcing plates under the floor, right?  To ensure the seat won't just tear out, yeah?

At the moment this project looks like it's being completed by someone who's seen a rollcage in a racing car on the telly once, rather than bothered researching what they're doing.

Did you get any specification for the 'mild steel' tubing you're now using to secure your harnesses to, or have you actually just used scaffolding bar?

new engine and gearbox mounts are on ( my hands are cut to f**k )

also think ive sussed out why my temp runs at 70 instead of 90 degress ! the auxiliary water pump is f**ked !!!! any ideas where to get one as they are not a common part,  from what ive read only the 1992 vr6 and simmilar models had this AUXILIARY water pump !?!?!?

not yet mate but i will do ! if i had to guess i would say ive taken out approx 100kg, i have filled up a ton bag with the parts ive taken off the car and now i can bearly lift the bag

alright wayne ! the seat was a rush job to get in as i needed to drive the car somewhere to get something done, and didnt have the old seats ! but the seat subframe/braket will be rectified properly and rienforced ! watch this space !!!!!!!!!

Looking good, i'm not saying anything negative as thats already covered.   No answer to the rear bar question?....... Seems it's going to be pretty tidy looking inside..
